I Have Approached Samsung Service Center Checked the Phone that it has no Physical Damage. 

I Have Raised Mail and Contacted Samsung India.

They Are Just Saying that they Can't Support, 
Even it's All Completely They Mistake. 

The Flicker Line Is Because of Software and They are Saying to Go to Service Center and Pay for It.

It's Not Fair, to do So.

And The Phone Costs Big Bucks, We Get these Phone For Quality.

But this is how we are mistreated.
