I got 2 green lines on my display immediately after updating my mobile (samsung galaxy s20 fe 4g (snapdragon edition)). The new update was G780GXXS8EWK8 / G780GOJM8EWK8 / G780GXXS8EWK8 (security patch level: 1 dec 2023)

My dear complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue. Then go to service center for replace/repair it's free of cost. Thanks.

Hi goodthings, when we contact customer care they always mention it will be charged to change display, can you confirm if it is free of cost?

My dear if no any physical damage or liquid damage and this issue occurred after update then it's free of cost replace the display. Thanks.
