Hanging and Restarting Issue is a Scam...?!!

Really frustrated with this issue. I am Facing this Hanging and Restarting issue for 1 month and still facing this issue

As a Moderator, I have shared so many links to the admin. I sent my Device Logs to the Tech Team but they said that its a Hardware issue and they advised me to visit service centre.

If I visit centre, they will advise me to change motherboard which will cost around 8500 including tax and service charges.

As I observed most of device facing this hanging and Restarting issue are Galaxy M30s, M31, M31s, A50, A50s, A51.

My view :

As they said it is a Hardware issue, How this issue happend for all the users at the same time...!!!!

The Most Common thing in Galaxy M30s, M31, M31s, A50, A50s and A51 is Exynos 9610 and 9611 

Think About It.......!!!!!

My Galaxy M30s is freezing and restarting from past 15 days all of a sudden without any software update. Sometimes it loops itself in the boot. I did everything like clearing cache, factory reset, etc, but didn't work. The device freezed while entering the PIN in the lock screen and suddenly have a message that the device is locked and try after 1440 minutes. To be honest I didn't enter wrong PIN. I took my device to service center. They have installed new software but still restarting issue persists. Service centre had suggested to replace motherboard. Samsung proved to be CrapSung.

Yes same my samsung galaxy m21 is also suffering from same problem it freezes and restarts and many times it stuck in the boot only and when I went to samsung service center they said this smartphone needs a motherboard replacement

Mine m31s too restarts after aug 2021 update, looks M series they planned as replace Motherboard series. Not funny but felling cheated, i was happy with Redmi 3S Prime for 4 years without any software issue. Regreting choice of Samsung in name of make in india. Fooled up.

I have Samsung M31, restart cycle starts from last 2 days. Phone restarts 50 times in a day. Lost confidence in phone. Never know when you start bank app or stock app, it hangs and restart, game over.

Upper part of phone gets heated first and drama begins. After Samsung Mini Pay update, it does not work.

So happy that planning to upgrade M31 with S Series phone in Xmas 21. Now I use Motorola phone for stable operation. Hope soon gets proper fix.  

May be Game over for M31.
