Hanging and Restarting Issue is a Scam...?!!

Really frustrated with this issue. I am Facing this Hanging and Restarting issue for 1 month and still facing this issue

As a Moderator, I have shared so many links to the admin. I sent my Device Logs to the Tech Team but they said that its a Hardware issue and they advised me to visit service centre.

If I visit centre, they will advise me to change motherboard which will cost around 8500 including tax and service charges.

As I observed most of device facing this hanging and Restarting issue are Galaxy M30s, M31, M31s, A50, A50s, A51.

My view :

As they said it is a Hardware issue, How this issue happend for all the users at the same time...!!!!

The Most Common thing in Galaxy M30s, M31, M31s, A50, A50s and A51 is Exynos 9610 and 9611 

Think About It.......!!!!!

My back to back 8th smartphone from samsung (samsung galaxy m31) was my last purchase from Samsung..

Now samsung is my enemy.

Facing the same problem..

My device stuck on Samsung g logo in hand while using and didn't boot up to Normal.....

After that I took it to service centre and then the agent told me for motherboard problem!!!!!

I was like.....seriously?...It's just 1.3 years old and there is no any kind of misshandeling from my side though...

My trust is broken completely ..

Even if I might did mistake then i could bear it..
But its not from my side. I am 100% sure....
That's why I decided not to repair it again and i am not going to throw 8k in its motherboard otherwise I'll be a donkey for samsung.

Samsung is not no.1 in quality now... go for oppo Xiaomi oneplus realmi. They will never disappoint you and definitely cost you much less than samsung and never make you cry. Just forget the class and choose wisely for your purchase.

But wait..
1 more thing...
After when I returned to home, I put my sim card to my old j7 2016 and I observed that sim card is also damaged internally because of m31 device failure...

Don't purchase anything blindly from samsung please save and value your money.

I am requesting you all, because I know If i will make it repaired it will happen again... and I belongs from middle class family with having very tight budget.

Dear samsung, you will cry in future for sure.

I'm facing the same issue. If someone kniw any other solution, like degrading the android version. Please help, since changing the motherboard will be an expensive option.

I have  started facing this issue in last 3 days, when I visited customer care they said it has motherboard fault they even cannot specify, I was a loyal customer of Samsung for the past 9 years but after two of my samsung phones just stopped working I am thinking of switching the brand.

disgusted by such poor quality of samsung support on such software issues.

i gifted GALAXY M21 to my dad with hope of good quality of service & a long lasting phone, but my dad is on the verge of dumping his galaxy M21 Phone since it keeps restarting on its own, this prob occurred after a recent software update as per him.

Will make sure to keep my friends and family away from samsung **bleep** phones.

It has to do something with the storage chip. My M21 had the same issue with the samsung logo on bootscreen just staying there.  took it to a local service centre and got it solved .No data loss. Just Rs 1600
