Don't directly use the camera from snapchat, instead of that try taking the photos in camera app and then selecting that from snapchat. Idk why this happens, but this might work
Then try rolling back to one ui 8, one ui 8.5 is still in its beta version so it's common to face these issues. Try installing one ui 8 and see if it still continues
