Samsung Service Centre denied to replace the display at free of cost. I told them that the problem was arised after updating software. But they told that whatever the reason is, you have to pay Rs.8900.00 for replacing the display.
It is a software or hardware issue. It is not customer's fault.Please think twice.You are once again requested to replace the display at free of cost, like other companies.Expecting co-operation from such a renowned company like Samsung.
