Does anyone else face this issue where when you zoom in the video it breaks or the quality reduces? It has been happening with me since the 8.0 update

I have been using my s23 for about 1.5 years and I wanted to know if anybody else feels that the camera picture quality is not as good when you first bought it? Just wanted to know if its something only I am facing or more people? Thanks in advance
