Color scheme

When ever we are change the color scheme, it does not change in the system properly. Always the screen background turns green and we have to restart the phone to get the effect

In my S21 ultra indian edition, do not disturb mode automatically turns on.

I am seeing this after a recent update , dnd automatically turns on .Bixby routines are off but still facing the same issue
