I have observed that when i toggle mobile data on in the quick panel even wifi is also getting switched on.

Visit service centre they will replace the screen free of cost provided it should be within 3 yrs of purchase and no physical dents or damage. Also if they provide free you need to wait for 20 days as the device goes to NOIDA.
