Yes, we buy these phones thinking we would get a good experience and proper customer support but samsung is just cheating. Apple and oneplus having same issue are not putting any criteria and solving issue for all facing line issue unlike samsung

I went to the service center and got my phone inspected and got a job sheet. Then called customer support but they aren't raising complaint even though i have the job sheet. And also complained to the ceo customer support team. Same rpl
I have a S22 as well snd facing similar issue. 'Out of warranty, only my device is facing issue not other s22' is what was mentioned to me. Samsung is really cheating us.
