I've upgraded my M20 to Andrd 10 yesterday 2202MB it came with a Patch Update 200MB. The update doesn't seem stable, as soon the device started, some of the Apps stopped working. After a quick restart the problem got resolved.
I read somewhere that testing is being done for s9 & s9+ The update was expected this month, Samsung has recently rolled out stable version of Andrd10 for S10.Possibly the delay to have a stable version for s9 or s9plus.
