Worst support by samsung team, not bothered about issues raised by customers....support team not capable of handling small issues occurred by version updates, simply looting money from customers

One of the worst & incapable engineer supporting on dealing with issues, i am fed off by sharing infinity times the logs asked by support team but still asking the same logs to check the issue simply time passing rather than escalating to product sup...

I have been dealing with wifi & Hotspot connectivity issues post the upgrade and multiple times shared logs with samsung support team but still no use....this is all because of single update but samsung never responded properly to fix the bugs identi...

I am using f23 model and I am one of the victim for the mobile not even detecting to use wifi post the latter release ...I have the logs shared already and failed in getting remove support through smart tutor upon multiple attempts ...so please fix t...
