I haven't approached service centre for the issue. I know they won't accept and give generic statements. I won't bother. Not worth my time and energy. Will sell off the phone for good.

Such a headache right? The S23U experience was really great. The device worked flawless since day 1. This made me take the plunge to splurge on the S24U. Major regrets now.
They are really messing things up. Going legal is something which 1/1000 people will do and they don't care. I will wait for first software update. If things aren't fixed, I'll dump this phone by selling it off and get the 15 pro max.
