My 2 year old s22+ is having an error in display. A bright pink line appeared and never goes off....!!When contacted service center, they demanded Rs.11900 for display replacement....!Should i move for leagal action...?
Finally, I got it replaced by samsung FREE OF COST.....!!!!Only the service charge was paid....!But I had to do the followup through email for 3 weeks....!!!
Complaint given in SCH also..Sent email to CEO also.They called back and repeated the same dialogues... Their main point was "they didn't get any such complaints about S22+"......!!!Thats why I am surprised to see you guy's comments....So dont loose ...
