but my phone is from India and I believe devices from India have already got the resumed update in last 2 days. I checked with Customer care and they told me to take the phone to Service center for a physical inspection.

Yes, even I have not received for my s10 but Samsung states its completed for s10 series.

yea, but they resumed the update on 26th and now they have marked it as completed for all s10 devices. But let's wait for some more days
