I see a lot of features missing in the one ui 3.1 have you guys encountered the same?

The update is here finally for s10 line up...Hope no bugs 

I am using a galaxy S10 plus base model will it be wise if i upgrade to s21 ultra...Or should I wait note21 ultra 樂Plus I am also confused that we will get a note line up phone ...Do share your thoughts...
