My s20 plus screen is flickering. Brightness low and high automatically and sometimes screen does not work properly. What is the issue?

My s9 plus is not charging my phone fast.  It shows cable charging instead of fast charging. What's the issue.  Do I need a charging port to be replaced or anything else?
