Ringer Problem

My s10 plus has updated to android 10 recently.  Since then I am facing some problems regarding sound of speakers and earpiece.  Sometimes it behaves like a damaged speaker sound both the speaker and earpiece.  Rest of the time works perfectly.  I couldn't understand what's the matter with my phone? If anyone have an idea regarding this issue kindly let me know to resolve this issue.

they fixed the sound problem with betas

Try Reset factory or reset settings
Otherwise go near samsung center
