I am using Samsung Galaxy S20 FE 5G and I am facing the back panel issue in my devices. After using it for 1 year 6month, the back panel came out automatically.
Settings ->Security and Privacy ->Secure FolderActivate Secure Folder using lock option as your choice. Secure Folder add your home/app screen. Using "+" icon to add app for lock.
If your phone isn't global version then you can't use your phone other countries not only INDIA. Same as INDIA country version. You should consult customer service centre.
