Am using samsung watch ultra , looks like many people received latest update .I haven't received any update , when connected to samsung support they gave me a bull **bleep** answerIs anybody having this issue

This will be my last samsung mobile s24 will move to pixel 

I was not able to change my wallpaper in my s24 , is anybody facing same issue
