Finger print sensor not working, not detecting added finger prints

I am watching movie on prime.Picture is getting stuck and audio is paying.Same is happening when I watchvideos on mini tvapp.Basic model phones on xiomi are browsing better than this. What could be the reson.Being 128gb phone model SM-A226B/DS...
