Hope this software update fixes the charging problem in f62

After a last software my Galaxy F62 is not charging in super charging mode ... I checked all the possible ways as suggested on Samsung website but no use. Is Any one Faving same issue? Please Reply

I have screen guard to my M21 ..few days back my Phone screen got Crack on it without any damage to screen guard .. what may be the reason? .. Can I Get warranty replacement of my screen .. ..Phone is 6 months old
