When are we going to get the security patch update and if someone got the update and had a green line was the green line gone after the update

When are we going to get the security patch for the august month

Facing some display issue from past few months,that my phone is getting switched off auto matically and is not opening even after pressing and holding the side key and volume down key,after a few hour of trying the same thing then the phone boots up....
