till now there is no news or no update for c9 pro. do u have any sense. 11000 cost phone getting update and 37900 phone not getting update. as per requirements ph have all basic configuration to install naugat. what type cheating is this. frustrated....

i cant use bad language but wish .. samsung care use their criminal mind to huge profit with ignoring service.. where is the logics that u have given naugat all other phone thats launched after c9 pro.. here one agent who only given copy paste inform...

u first launched c9pro. but till its not getting naugat..u have launched so many series of model with inbuilt naugat.. basically u cheated with us..shame on u.. ur so called market strategies.. lastly u will give a balance opinion..
