Dear samsung i think ur marketing strategy is now totally failure.

Really i was a fan of ur products.  From my first ph note 2 to till c9 pro there was a long journey.  All my family members use samsung mobile. 
But really now facing serious issue about ur strategy for indian customer.  Following  things are....

1. Useless so many apps  that user can't uninstall it.
2.high price with low quality mobile with comparison to other brands. 
3.latest ..ur service centre are superman attitudes.  Cheating every customer.  Rude behaviour.  Same ph in different service centre giving different opinion. Ridiculous..
4. And upgrading for OS is very much painful to u.
5. Previous year ur products sell decrease as per marketing survey. Wish u can understand. 
6.i wish, like nokia u will not vanish...
7. I never change my choice.  But hopeless.  I have to. ..
New launcher M10 M20 M30 total failure.  ..


I know, u will not take it seriously.  But my last msg . I m using c9 pro upto its death.
