I'm stuck at 'configuring software update environment...' since last 30 minutes while I try to update my Galaxy A31 to latest One UI 3.1 update. Can anyone help out here.

google not functioning

my google system in j7nxt is not functioning..whenever i search it just start loading and remains loading..I've checked there is no network problem
