Is it still not detecting your earphones. If not do you have a other pair of earphones you can try.

It may be that your phone is not detecting it. Need to make sure that it is properly plugged in. If your phone has a phone cover remove it and try plugging it in again. You also need to check for any software updates.

When you insert the earphones on your S24 does the earphone icon appear on your phone. On the volume bar
