I had a lot of my info stored in the Notices field in MY CONTACT, after the update, it disappeared,all the text is missing... i had some important info on there...is there a way to retrieve it?

After the latest software update today.I opened the GALLERY and my SD CARD media folders disappeared. I opened SAMSUNG MUSIC PLAYER to see if the same had happend to my music...and indeed it had. All the songs that are in my SD cards disappeared.I ch...

SO I WAS EXPLORING THE SETTINGS, AND I HIT RESET SETTINGS TO DEFAULT, BUT FOR SOME REASON WHEN I LONG PRESS THE BUTTON ON THE LEFT OF SPACEBAR, I DONT SEE THE EMOJI AND THE CLIPBOARD OPTION, WHICH USUALLY IS THERE. PLEASE HELP ASAP!! IM SCARED I MIGH...
