It is a brand new phone, bought on 1st May, received on 4th May. NO gaming done on phone, not using while charging, Only using Camera, Social-Media apps, Prime Video, nothing else and still heating issue comes.
I think I have made my issue very clear...
They are not listening... told me to DM on twitter but haven't even read my DM. Third class experience :(
My next step is filing a case in consumer court if they don't solve the issue within 48 hours.
Don't buy Samsung Galaxy F62! I have it since May 4th. Worst phones, forget gaming, even day to day normal usage, the phone heats up like crazy, many users facing same problem!
