Dear nik041.I haven't updated to Android 11 yet. I'm still using Android 10 UI 2.0. Still i faced the same issue. Even the total WhatsApp folder is missing. Issue not resolved.

Hey saurav, Is your issue resolved yet? I faced the same problem today. I contacted customer support via Whstapp and they remotely accessed my device and asked me to backup uninstall , reset settings and install again. Then i received another image.....
