When will security patch level update come in galaxy A50s ?

There is a problem in Samsung Galaxy A50s. The smartphone is automatically restarting conditionally. These occuring after the recent update. Samsung service Centre saying motherboard problem. What the hell is that ? 

Assistant Menu can't show in Screen sometime though it is ON.
