Stable version of One UI is out for S8 does it have any issues in it like batter or etc...Is it ok to install?

When are we going to get update of One UI in Samsung S8....???

What does these level means in samsung members.I keep on seeing people comment in front their level is written.Some have 2,3,4 etc.What are these levels and what are the benefist of these?
