I bought my phone in the UAE. Maybe that's why I got the update? Anyways you'll get it in a few weeks or days and either ways don't install it because as mentioned above I got stuttering issues.
You'll get it shortly dude. In next few days. Otherwise just tap the download and install in software update tab in settings and I suggest you not to install it. It caused stuttering and all in your phone. OneUI 3.5 is much much better
