I wish there was a few more camera features in the Samsung A30s. A 25MP can be capable of quite a handful of features if a 16MP from a Note 10 can.

unfortunately no its latest has been Android 9.0 Pie and will stay as the last software upgrade for this phone

Some say it does support all of bixby services and I also have the same problem but I think it's because of the availability in regions. It tells me it's not available in my country or region if I download an apk so it might be the same for you.
