Hi I buy this smart phone Samsung A54 and after few days I face the issue when I am sending voice messages on what's up application no sound available I sent 10 messages but 3 or 4 have no voice ..how can I fix it please 

I am glad today I visited Samsung service store in Dubai mall level 2..they proper assist me and guide me well..thanks Samsung team and family❤️

Kindly my A71 5G is not updating the software well once reached 25% mobile restart and showing I must visit Samsung store...kindly update me I live in Dubai if I visit its free service thanks 

It's problem with what's up updating by notifications and pictures capture and editing
