I have the exact same problem.I use the cable suppllied with my s23ultra and the Ep-ta220 dual charger.Seems like the 35A port just worked on anf off and now just died all together... ridiculious seeing that it cost alot of money.VERY DISGUSSED.

When i phoned samsung yesterday to enquire on how to claim the Tab... the salesman gave me that same crappy excuse...that mtn was surpose to send it to me..... it states on ALL the adds the you must claim it fromnthe samsung members app.... so i did....
