List of Green line Issue faced by Customer nd not get free repair.
Here I tried my best to make it unite.
More than 40 people r facing this issue... on this new year.
 Everyone should get free repairs

Was ur device under warranty?

1 year warranty had passed , but the executive at Samsung head office told that I will get one time free screen replacement if the phone is less than 3yrs

These r traps that they told phone should be under 3 yrs old, u can verify this scheme via customer representative via call; there is no such thing exist. Btw it's good to hear that u only paid 650; keep enjoy (nd correct me if I'm wrong with my words)

Suddenly green line issue popup on(20/03/2024) my device S22 plus ..My phone is 1.2yrs old and has no scratches or dents Or never fell from my hand. My phone running on January security patch. But now it's March I haven't updated since January.how its possible. I am very disappointed to see this bad behavior of Samsung. Samsung, being such a big company, is not even looking at this serious thing.We all want free screen replacement.

Yep, first update ur device if any update pending. After that f follows the path of babita59 who got free replacement just by complaining to NCH

they said my s22 plus is not covered for this pink line issue. so I've raised a greivance query with Natiomal Consumers Helpline. I urge everyone else to do the same.

btw I got my display replaced after filing a complaint with NCH.

I got my S22+ display replaced just today after filing a complaint with NCH and following up with Samsung multiple times. I did had to pay 650/ for service charge though.
