Same story this side, no help, they going to refer me to a repair centre most probably, I don't know why they can't push the software over the air for the imeis in question

I was able to get the information from the network and my Imei is registered in the network, I was referred back to Samsung, my last security update was Sept 2023, no feedback from Samsung after numerous emails with screenshots
