Hello people there, do you have any idea when we can expect oneui 8 beta for S24FE in Pakistan?

I have oneui 7 and i can't see Volte or Vowifi icons on main screen, although when i pull down notification panel or quick panel then it shows, why it is hidden while it was not on oneui 6.1, is it bug or did they hide it intentionally?

Anyone knows how to make this Pill shape on Home screen behind main icons down there?
