For a normal user, the update does not bring any major impact on usage. Hence, it is not advisable to spend an extra money for the upgrade. It would be better to wait for another year for a more significant update.

SOT depends on various factors, and the reasons for variations can differ for each case. Sometimes, network issues may also contribute to the changes.
