Anyone know expected UI 8 update for Samsung A15 ?

Anyone using Galaxy S23FE tell me that I am facing a greyish pop up1.5x1.5 inches typed 36 in it appears sometimes automatically using any app. Is this software issue? Any S23FE user also facing this? I need solution. Thanks
