Same issue with me the phone is stuttering and the update not even downloading with the speed it should be downloaded with i would say do not update now wait for some days maybe the update malfunctioned it could harm the device
U should tell the customer support that u are not getting updates for a year 2 official versions have been released since and if they say to visit service tell ur service center experience they'll help you out
