I bought my phone looking at the spec. Disappointed again to see software limitations not utilizing the hardware. Been samsung phone customer for past 10years.. I guess I need to start considering other options..

I'm also facing the same issues. It is sad knowing that the hardware is capable but feels like Samsung don't care about utilizing the hardware do deliver the best user experience.
