I second that.. i would've rather buy basic instead of flagship phone as it looks like Samsung doesn't care for the older version, i mean its just one year yet they don't care

I have same issues, it was last updated Dec 2019. I am still figuring out a way to fix this. Surprised why dont Samsung has any remote support for this kind of issues rather asking us to visit the service center
