Everything we tried, but no use ...pls fix the issue with the update immediately

This is unacceptable and not expected this from samsung, network coverage is very poor in A34...what is the use of spending a big money on this brand ..other brands comes with good network coverage with lowest price..Samsung, please fix the issue wit...
