I m using note10 plus but not yet recieved the fingerprint bug software update till now ,why ? I have deleted previous fingerprint and added new one but not recieved yet.

I have purchased note 10 plus 10 days back and I noticed that in every 3 to 4 days the fingerprint graphic disappears occasionally and I have unlock the phone by pin or pattern is it a security feature or a bug ? Help me
