I have used S23 Ultra and S24 Ultra. Never had any issue with the battery or spen with both phones.

keep following up, they will cancel the first one and automatically 2 years will be activated.

did you manual activate? I also got 2 years Samsung Care+ and I manually activated it. I got for 1 year only. After raising it with CS, they cancelled mine and said 2 years SC+ will be automatically activated which it did a few days ago.
