Some router 5ghz don't work/show in samsung devices. Mostly random. I got 5ghz capable router. Sometimes 5ghz appear sometimes don't. Issue is related to wifi channels. You can search on Google for more specific details.
Clear Data for secure folder. Note everything will be probably removed or alternatively turn off notification for secure folder. Long press on notification and you will get option to open notification settings. Just disable all
