I resolved it finally!By installing easy contacts cleaner app from play store where it identified my multiple Google accounts and phone contacts in one go. There were many duplicate entries from my accounts ,it merged together and removed duplicates...
I too had the same issue just restart the phoneIssue gets resolved but still i have no idea of why wide colour gamut shows false. Its false for my s23 ultra as well
