Auto restart is already disabled. This is forced restart by some external app , and takes 15-20 minutes to return back to homescreen, automatically it hangs on samsung logo .
And if this is a software's issue then samsung should resolve this as soon as possible. as it is too irritating, unable to use mobile for 15 mins when this happens.
